Providing Strong support for individuals and the community

​​LIVE Red Counseling  provides individual services to women, better known as the “Strong Friend." We provide her a safe and supportive environment as a refuge to practice self care, resolved unaddressed hurt, and gain the confidence to thrive in all areas of life.

Individual Therapy @$125 per 55 minute session.
Services available both in person and virtually (video or telephone) for clients that meet criteria. Accepting insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, Carebridge EAP, Anthem EAP, Cigna EAP, UNUM EAP

​Co-pays and out-of-pocket rate due at beginning of each session. Please note the 24- hour cancellation policy. All rescheduled and cancelled appointments with less than a 24- hour advance notice will be subject to the $75 cancellation fee and due immediately, unless otherwise arranged with the therapist.

Similarly, clients are responsible for the full co-pay or self-pay rate for late arrivals to session. Tardiness beyond 17 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will need to be rescheduled for another agreed upon time.

​LIVE Red Counseling is also available for private, corporate, and community agencies seeking support and expertise that can address issues and topics that relate to and are relevant for women that identify as high functioning aka "The Strong Friend."  

 5 Ways Not To Feel Defeated By Loss …
(approx. 3 hours)
Intertwines education and hands on exercises for participants to gain additional grief coping skills. In addition, it helps participants get a greater understanding on the benefits of establishing personalized rituals that acknowledge the pain of loss while being active in their personal healing process and journey. 
Mourning Mix Up! 
 (approx. 2 Hours)
An immersion experience in nature that promotes participants to learn how to overcome the challenges of grief and loss through mindfulness techniques that engage them physically, emotionally, and socially.

 Know and Own your Strong Woman Magic 
 (approx. 90 minutes):
Enlightens participants on what determines and contributes to their self-esteem. Also, provides clarification on the how self esteem differs from self worth. As time allows, practical and creative activities are facilitated.
